VIVRE FONT
New Serif typeface with inspiration from
Alexander Von HumboldThe Vivre typeface is the first font I made, where the inspiration for the font came from Alexander von Humboldt, for his exploratory way of seeing the world and finding new discoveries. His personality was very eccentric and peculiar, and was known for the way he mixed poetry and emotions into the natural sciences. The Vivre typeface is elegantly constructed and extravagantly lively serif typeface.
It has hard contrast and refined details, along with its luxurious swashes and curvy curves where it has a mix of modern aesthetic and glamour.
The typeface was used in connection with Theatre Grob who made a theatre play about alexander von Humboldt called eccentric. The typeface must be able to reflect Humboldt
and his personality
